Meetings are held the second Monday of the month from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the district office conference room, located in the USDA Service Center at 3550 Mullan Road, Ste. 106. Meeting dates may change due to holidays, statewide meetings or unexpected circumstances.

Qualifications must include being interested in soil and water conservation and have some knowledge concerning the subject.

Five members are elected within the Conservation District and two additional City residents are appointed by the City Council.
